Who do you serve?

We support adults with a developmental disability who are approved for DBHDS Supervised Living (DD) services. Each one of our homes is licensed to serve three individuals in a home-based community setting.

What services are offered?

We provide comprehensive supervised living supports, including:

  • Life-skills training (meal preparation, home care, budgeting, personal routines)

  • Medication management support

  • Transportation assistance

  • Community integration activities

  • Person-centered coaching to promote independence

Who leads the Program?

Our program is led by two experienced human-services professionals with over 52 years of combined expertise in developmental disability services, program operations, and person-centered support.

Are you licensed?

Yes. Friends4Friends is a licensed DBHDS Supervised Living provider and operates in full compliance with all state regulations and standards.

Do you support employment goals?

Yes. While we are not an employment program, we collaborate with families, case managers, and supported employment providers to help individuals pursue work or volunteer experiences that reflect their interests and goals.

How do you empower individuals?

We empower individuals by listening. We seek to understand what each person wants for their life and support them in achieving those goals by teaching practical skills, encouraging self-advocacy, honoring personal choice, and offering consistent support that builds confidence, independence, and community participation.
